AD | Hello my lovelies! As many of you know already, we moved into our forever home last year and have been posted tours of our home as we have been doing it up. I have already posted Our Livingroom Tour and Our Bedroom Tour but I wanted to share with you an updated tour of our bedroom now it's finally how we wanted it and how to have it all done.
We used B&Q's Good Home Durable Vence Matt Emulsion Paint* for our walls and are so happy with it! Thankfully my dad owns a painting and decorating company and ropped my younger brother, who works for him, into painting our bedroom for us.
As our home is super old, it was actually built in 1887, so it really needed some tender loving care and looking after. We did find that around our bedroom windows we have suffered from a lot of damp and grout so we really needed to sort them out. Thankfully a company got in touch with me and kindly gifted a sealant pen and a grout pen (pictured above) by them and have been using them to help with these issues. They have really worked for us and I do highly recommend them!
If you are from the Liverpool area and would like your home decorated for Christmas this year then get in touch with me for the number of MSD Decorators - the BEST painting and decorators around!
Have you ever used these Rainbow Chalk Sealent Pens* before? What do you think of our new bedroom decor? Are you a fan? I'd love to know your thoughts so please let me know by tweeting me or sending me a message on Instagram. Wishing you all a really wonderful day!
With love, Alisha Valerie. x

That's what family is for ;) And that grout pen looks super useful! Our tile's grout here gets so faded or dirty, that I could use one of those!

DeleteI love the colors of your room!! Such a nice ‘cozy’ color if that makes sense, especially love the desk and the little candle there as well - always great to have a desk to do some minor work on! That’s great that your brother was able to help out, and even better that your dad own a painting and decorating company - definitely must have been great to get all the tips when you were renovating!
