Blogging GirlBoss Habits

AD | Hello my lovelies, happy Monday, I really hope that you're all having a really wonderful start to your week! Anyone who is a writer, blogger, influencer or journalist will know what it's like to be stuck in a creative negative rut with their websites and have no clue where to even start to try and get back to feeling joyful and excited about posting content.

If you've followed me for a while then you'll know already that I am someone who tries to be super positive and motivated all of the time, so I wanted to share some of the Blogging GirlBoss Habits that I stick to which help me feel confident, happy and motivated when it comes to being a social media influencer.

x | Meditate. A lot.
x | Wake up at the same time every day.
x | Keep to a schedule and routine.
x | Drink more water.
x | Start keeping a journal.
x | Make to-do lists and cross the tasks off.
x | Set times to check and answer emails.
x | Use apps to block distracting websites.
x | Cook more of your own meals.
x | Create a weekly meal plan, and stick to it.
x | Spend time outdoors.
x | Have a movie night once a week.
x | Make socialising a priority.
x | Network with people outside your industry.
x | Get more sleep.
x | Invest in your home.
x | Check your bank statements regularly.
x | Declutter and donate items to charity.
x | Take up yoga or go to the gym.
x | Take time off to recharge.
x | Celebrate your milestones.
x | Eliminate toxic influencers.
x | Be thankful.
