CBD Brothers Hemp Oil

I've been a spoonie for most of my life, twenty-three years to be exact and up until six months ago I was taking a daily chemotherapy tablet as well as other steroid medications each year, I hated it. I know there are a lot of people who love medications and I understand that nine times out of ten medications work wonders for people but after listening to my doctors over the years and trying it so many different medications over the course of my life I was done with it all. I wanted something which wasn't medically tested on animals, I wanted something which was natural and organic so I chose Cannabis.

It's Kind of a Funny Story Movie | Review

Directed by Ryan Fleck and Anna Boden this movie is about sixteen-year-old Craig Gilner (played by Atypical's Keir Gilchrist) checks himself into a mental-health clinic as he is stressed by adolescence. Unfortunately, the youth wing is closed, so he must spend his mandated five-day stay with adults. One of them, Bobby (played by The Hangover's Zach Galifianakis), quickly becomes his mentor and protege, while Craig finds himself drawn to a fellow teen, Noelle (played by 'Wild Child' Emma Roberts), who just may be the cure he needs to forget an unrequited crush.

My Five Year Goals

My absolute beautiful friend Kiah, who if you don't know already you should check out because she is amazing, did this blog post a while ago and it gave me the idea to do one for myself, so thanks babe for posting it and giving me the idea! I don't like to say I have a plan in life, I have goals and I work hard to achieve them but I also believe that you have to put the effort in and what is meant to be will happen. So instead of calling this "my five-year plan", I've decided to name it "My Five Year Goals"

Cruelty-Free Cleaning

There is nothing I love more than a good sort out and massive Spring clean of my home but when I went completely cruelty-free two years ago I knew that there where going to be some big changed in my life, my diet and my makeup collection, however, I never thought that I would have to change my cleaning products. I was disgusted to find out that certain brands test their cleaning products on animals and some cleaning products even contain animal blood, guts or urine - imagine cleaning your home with that?! And disgracefully, there is no law whatsoever to stop animal testing for household cleaning products yet in the UK. So, I wanted to share an awesome cruelty-free cleaning range from Aldi*!

My Morning Routine | Spring 2018

My mornings are one of my favourite times of the day. The sun is shining bright, the birds are singing, the squirrels are gathering their breakfasts of nuts we've left out for them, the bees are buzzing and the butterflies are fluttering - what more could anyone ask for? I love waking up super early and starting my day with a positive attitude and grateful thoughts, so I thought I would share with you my usual Spring morning routine which keeps my organised, motivated and positive.

James Bulger 'I Let Him Go' | Book Review

I was recently kindly asked by Amazon Prime* if I'd like to receive a book to review on my blog and when I saw that this book was on the list to choose from, I jumped at the chance. If you don't know already 'I Let Him Go' is a heartbreaking, important story shared and written by Denise Fergus, the mother of James Bulger who was sadly murdered by two ten-year-old boys after being kidnapped in Liverpool twenty-five years ago.

How I Stay Positive on Bad Mental Health Days

From my own personal experiences, bad mental health days always make me feel like utter shit. I don't want to do anything, I don't want to be around anyone at all, let alone let anyone touch me to give me a cuddle, because as silly as it sounds, it's like I don't want someone to hug me and catch my bad day off me.

Prayer To The Blessed Virgin

Prayer To The Blessed Virgin. Never known to fail. Oh most beautiful flower of Mount Carmel, faithful Mother of the Son of God, Immaculate Virgin assist in this necessity. Oh Star of the Sea help me and show heein you are my Mother. Oh Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and Earth, I humbl beseech you from the bottom of my heart to succour in my necessity. There are none that can withstand your powers, Mary conceived without sin. Pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother I place this cause in your hands. Thank you for your mercy towards me and mine. This prayer must be said for three days, and after that request will be granted and the prayer must be published.

Happy Easter!

I really think that Easter time is a wonderful time,  and since yesterday was Easter Sunday and today is Easter Monday I thought I would do the Easter tag. I was brought up Catholic so Easter time for myself and my family, just like any other special occasion, has always been about being together as a family making memories and eating a lot of yummy food - and a lot of chocolate!

2012 Tour | Morphilms Blogs

2012 was the going to be the end of the world according to Nostradamus, but thanks to John Cusack, the world was saved and we don’t have to worry about a prophetic apocalypse told by someone centuries ago. To me, 2011 was a year where I saw maybe one gig, Godspeed you black emperor, in December. So I decided that if it was going to be the end of the world I'd have something to look forward to or say I experienced. Like Dave Gorman, I made a ludicrous plan that only made sense in my head, of one gig every month, halfway through including being in a different venue each month. Looking around Liverpool I thought this would be easy but funds, cancellations and blind willingness to just get a venue were what happened.

Things I've Learnt About Having Ulcerative Colitis

I've had ulcerative colitis now for over sixteen years, I was diagnosed at just fourteen years old after suffering for about five years and spending a whole year bed-ridden due to my health being so low, but over that year was when I started my very first blog so I supposed something good can out of that year. I've learnt that after everything I have been through my body has survived so much and that makes me a warrior, I am a colitis warrior and this is the truth about how shitty ulcerative colitis really is.

Reaons Why I Love Spring

I love the Spring time so much, the summer is just around the corner and it meant we're done with all of this freezing cold weather here in England or most of it anyway. As much as I always moan about the freezing weather I always think that if we had no winter the spring would not be so pleasant.

Hello March

I have to admit that the beginning of February as so hard for me in many ways due to my personal life, I'm not scared to say that my life was in the shitter a little for a while and I never thought I'd face some of the problems that I did. The one things I did learn this February was the important people in life will always be there when you need them and will respect your views and decisions even if they don't agree with them.

Why I Unfollowed You

At the start of this year I decided that I was going to go on an unfollowing spree on my social media networks, I unfollowed thousands of bloggers and I wanted to address this issue on my blog and explain why. I've kept following bloggers because I didn't want it to cause drama or upset anyone but I needed a clear out and I want to make it so crystal clear that the reason I unfollowed you does not make you a bad blogger whatsoever, it just means that we have different opinions and views and there is nothing wrong with that - what would it be like if we were all the same? It would be so boring. If I have unfollowed you recently, then it's been because of one of these reasons...

Paul Smith Comedy DVD | Review

I've always loved stand up comedy; John Bishop, Jason Manford, Lee Evans, Sarah Millican, Miranda Hart and of course the legend that is Peter Kay. So when my friends kept sharing a certain comedian on facebook from Liverpool I couldn't help myself but watch it. So one afternoon I clicked on a video which had been shared by my friend Tracey, the comedian's name was Paul Smith and wow I didn't move for about two hours because I was laughing with tears so much at his performance. Feeling like a bit of a stalker I sat and watched every single video that Paul  had uploaded online and within a couple of days ordered his DVD. And wow, what a DVD it is...
