AD | Hello my lovelies, happy Thursday, and a very happy October to you all! I, for one, am so excited fo this month, being a Wiccan I always love October as its one of my favourite times of the year.
After twelve weeks of being in agony, of not being able to go outside, of not being able to stand or walk whatsoever, of being told that I am now gonna spend my life in a wheelchair, of spending countless nights awake sobbing in pain, of not being able to eat or keep food down due to the pain being so bad, of not being able to have any pain relief whatsoever, of my body shaking out of nowhere because of the agony, of having Phil take time off work, of my parents having to come to our home at midnight because I wasn't able to cope, of nurses and doctors making me wait and cancelling appointments and telling me to "cope with the pain"... at the start of September, I was finally given some pain relief and I couldn't be happier.
I'd love to know your thoughts so please leave me a little comment of love below and let me know your views? I'm sending you all so much love for a wonderful day x

During the middle of the month, I was starting to get into the swing of wheelchair life a bit more and then the steroid injection of pain relief wore off and the pain has come back. This whole coronavirus lockdown time is horrible for us lot of people who are suffering from health problems. I never talk about politics on my website but I really wish that shitty Boris Johnson would actually do his job properly and sort all of this mess out.
Even though I'm still in absolute agony, I'm ending the month feeling super positive and motivated for October. October is one of my favourite months of the year and after the year we have all had so far, I'm excited to start feeling all cosy and a little spooky.
I'd love to know your thoughts so please leave me a little comment of love below and let me know your views? I'm sending you all so much love for a wonderful day x
With love, Alisha Valerie. x

ReplyDeleteHi from Australia! I adore October in London/Paris, my favourite time of the year. We don't celebrate Halloween in Australia, and to be honest, it is far too hot to go outside much (I live in the middle of the desert), but I enjoy looking at blogs where it is cooler x
