Halloween Baking | Recipe

AD | Hello my lovelies! Halloween is only a couple of days away and what better way to celebrate this holiday than with some yummy homemade spooky-themed vegan cupcakes? Keep them for yourself, share them with friends or family, or even give them out to trick-or-treaters, it's really up to you! Here's how to make this simple, quick and easy recipe...

| What You Will Need |
 - Cake Cases
 - 150g/6oz sugar
 - 150g/6oz self-raising flour
 - One teaspoon of vanilla extract
 - 150g/6oz dairy-free vegan butter
 - Three heaped teaspoons of orgran's no egg mixed with 6 tbsp water

| What To Do |
Mix the spread and sugar together until light and fluffy, then add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together. Spoon your mixture between your cake cakes and place them in a fairy cake baking tin, remember to fill them generously. Bake your cakes at 180C/170C Fan/350F/Gas Mark 4 for around twenty minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch. Keep checking on them so they don't burn! Once cooked, let them cool down on a wire rack. Once they're cool you can add your Halloween themed edible wafer cake toppers* by Deb's Kitchen Cakes* and enjoy!

With love, Alisha Valerie. x
