Twenty.

I was tagged by the lovely Hannah to do the Twenty Question tag, doing and reading tags or Q&A's are one of my favourite type of blog posts to read as you really get to find out more about the blogger behind the blog. So I really hope that you enjoy finding out a little bit more about me.

How many kids do you want to have?
As you may know my husband and myself are unable to have children and we plan on adopting. I really don't mind how many children we have.

What is your go-to cocktail?
I don't drink anymore but it used to be a 'naughty school girl': white wine, amaretto, whisky, cherry sourz and pepsi topped with a cherry lollipop.

What was your first pet’s name?
Oscar. He was an Alsatian and really was my best friend ever.

What was the first CD you ever bought?
I think it was Hanson, Mmmpbop.

What is your favourite beauty product you own?
I adore every single one of my lip balms, but also my over night sleep in mask by The Body Shop.*

What’s your favourite time of year? Why?
Summer time! I adore the sunshine and the warmer weather. Although we didn't really have much of a summer time this year.

What is something you did as a teen that your parents never knew about?
Nothing too serious really but I broke a vase when playing catch inside the house with my younger brother.

If you could only have one dessert for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I had a coconut ice cream once as an event in Busaba Liverpool. It was the best ice cream I have ever had in my life. You can read about this venue here.

Do you believe in ghosts?
I do. I have lived in a couple of haunted houses where things just could not be explained.

What is something you have always wanted to try but have been too scared to?
I'd love to be able to do a long list of things but due to my health a lot of them are very risky and not really worth it.

What did you love most about the place you grew up?
My grandparents home. It was always busy, always something happening and full of love and laughter.

What would be your ideal partner?
My husband. He's funny, smart, charming, lovable, a great hugger, *cough*awesome in bed*cough* and is so supportive and really is just the best.

What was your favourite childhood film of all time?
Pippi-long-stocking. I watched it nearly every Sunday at my grandparents home.

Favourite smell?
May sound weird, but petrol.

If you had to evacuate your house immediately, what is the one thing you would grab on your way out?
I would guess Phil would grab Daisy so I would grab my teddy Jason.

What is your favourite chocolate bar?
Galaxy Ripple. So many high syns though!

How do you like to relax?
Watching some TV on the sofa snuggled up with Phil and Daisy.

If you became a millionaire and could do any job, what would it be?
I adore blogging being what I do full time but if I could pick any job ever, I would love to be a vet and really help as many animals I can.

What would your dream wedding be like?
I am now married so if I could do it all over again, I would change it to the summer time and maybe with less people.

What is one thing you love that other people are scared of?
Lizards and snakes. I would love to own a water-dragon lizard so much.

With love, Alisha Valerie. x
