Festive Pamper Routine

I don't know about anyone else but for me personally, having a pamper around Christmas time is just THE BEST. I love turning my mobile phone off and the internet off and simply just relaxing and having a well and truly deserved pamper night at home. I thought I would show you all my favourite way to have a home pamper time routine at Christmas time.

I always start by picking out some Christmas themed PJs and slippers/socks, Primark and George at Asda do some awesome well-priced ones this time of year. Then I like to prepare a bubble bath with candles and relaxing music or get a good meditation ready, my favourite is Michel Sealey on YouTube, and of course, I pop into my bath some of the Lush Cosmetics Christmas bath bombs and bubble bars. Whilst the bath is filling I like to tie my hair up in a bun, take off my makeup using Superdrug's B. Cosmetics Makeup Remover and put on a face mask and body mask from The Body Shop.

Once my bath is ready I pop in there and relax for about twenty minutes and listen to my meditation or relaxing music; this is my favourite time of my pamper routine! Then it's finished I'll use a body wash from Superdrug's Fruity Range and my Fuji Green Tea Body Scrub from The Body Shop. Once my bath is over I get out and get dressed in my Christmas PJ's and use The Body Shops Vitamin E Sleep-in Mask. I'll then settle down on the sofa with Phil, watching Christmas movies with a blanket, a hot chocolate and some Christmas cake and custard.

I really hope you all enjoyed reading about my Christmas pamper routine and hearing what beauty products I use. I'll love to know what you all use around Christmas time?

With love, Alisha Valerie. x

  1. This sounds heavenly, Alisha! Especially the lush bubble bath, I can totally understand why it's your favourite part of your routine! I hadn't thought of listening to meditations whilst in the bath, need to try that out! Thanks for sharing 😘

  5. This is what I do on Christmas Eve too! I love a pamper night, it helps me relax after a crazy pre-Christmas period! I don't like baths but I always take a long hot shower and treat myself to a face mask. New PJs are a Christmas Eve essential too; I get a brand new pair every year!
