Festival Makeup Look | FOTD

Festival season is well and truly in swing and since one of my goals this year is to share more makeup looks on my blog I wanted to share a colourful festival look for you all. In my opinion, music is the strongest form of magic and every time I go to a festival I just want to live there forever. I'm going to be wearing this makeup look when I go to the Liverpool International Music Festival this year and if you aren't from Liverpool then you may not know already but Liverpool hosts the LIMF each year in the gorgeous place that is Sefton Park. I haven't been to a music festival in such a long time and since my health is doing better now I cannot wait to go to LIMF this year and make some precious memories.


Prepare to experience an unforgettable weekend of the biggest tunes and the brightest talent with the return of Liverpool International Music Festival to Sefton Park. LIMF 2018 will yet again take over the heart of this glorious green space to showcase world-famous names alongside the best of music’s rising stars, all appearing right here in Liverpool, UNESCO World City of Music. The sixth annual festival runs from July 21-22, and more than 100,000 music lovers are expected to flock to the South Liverpool park for two days of great melodies and brilliant beats. In 2017 LIMF welcomed names like Trevor Nelson, Corinne Bailey Rae, Jax Jones, Kate Nash, Slick Rick and Naughty Boy – as well as providing the stage for an emotional homecoming gig by Liverpool’s own Britpop legends Cast and organisers are promising this 2018 event will be the biggest and best to date.

Over two days, LIMF will reflect Liverpool’s ever-evolving relationship with music and its creative cultural diversity, with a little something for everyone; from Pop to Urban to House. There will be a return for the award-winning LIMF Academy, a talent development programme which supports emerging artists and LIMF Summer Jam, a family-friendly spectacular spread across several stages in different locations around the park. Meanwhile, for those who love the festival atmosphere but like a bit of luxury at the same time, organisers are also promising a return for the LIMF VIP EXPERIENCE, which gives festival-goers access to front of stage views, a private bar area, and all-important plush loos, plus one or two new additions for 2018.
