Christmas Wonderland | Tag

Hello beautiful's! I have been tagged in the Christmas Wonderland Tag by a couple of people last year (I know it's taken me ages to do!) so I thought I would get around to doing it. I hope you all enjoy reading this blog post and are getting more and more excited for Christmas just like I am!

What time of the year do you start your Christmas shopping?
I am one of them people who start shopping in August onwards. I like to be done by around Halloween/Bon Fire Night time. Although I don't do my Christmas present wrapping until December.

Do you have any festive recipes for food or drink you limit solely to the Christmas season to share?
I don't do many recipes actually. I have always wanted to make a good Christmas pudding but any time I've tried to make it then it's always messed up and turned to mush.

Tell me how Christmas goes down in your home?
Wake up, have breakfast, open our presents, get dressed and then prepare the dinner, have our Christmas meal around our table and settle down afterwards either watching television or playing games.

Do you have any Christmas traditions?
I spend time with my younger brother on Christmas Eve day time and then we go to a mass at our family Church for Christmas Eve mass.

Do you have a favourite festive coffee?
I love Vanilla Latte's around Christmas time. I do love all of the limited edition hot chocolate's around Christmas time.

What's your favourite Christmas song?
Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.

What do you do on Christmas Eve?
As mentioned above I spend time with my younger brother and then spend time with family before going to Church.

What's your Christmas wrapping strategy? Do you have a strategy?
I don't really have a strategy as such. I just like to have my wrapping done before Christmas Eve.

What's your dream gift this year?
I just really want to have a relaxing Christmas day, and have all my family happy.

Describe your Christmas tree. How tall? Real or artificial? How is it decorated?
Its a green artificial tree, with red and gold decorations on it.

Do you decorate just the tree or other areas of your house, e.g. windows, bannisters?
We decorate all of our living room, Christmas tree and our living room windows.

What do you wear to Christmas parties and what do you wear on Christmas Day?
It all depends each year. I do love dresses at Christmas time though.

With love, Alisha Valerie. x
