Thirty Days of Happiness

Hello my lovelies, happy Wednesday, I really hope that you're all having a wonderful day so far! Let's all be honest, this year hasn't been the best, quite frankly it has sucked. So I wanted to share with you thirty days of happiness to hopefully get your life back on track.

 - All you need to do is add the chosen one of these into each day of the month.

Day One | Clean your bedsheets.

Day Two | Listen to music from your younger years.

Day Three | Meditate.

Day Four | Treat yourself to some flowers.

Day Five | Compliment someone, and yourself.

Day Six | Dance like no-one is watching.

Day Seven | Take yourself out for lunch.

Day Eight | Do something creative.

Day Nine | Take a relaxing hot bath or shower.

Day Ten | Create a Pinterest board full of things that you love.

Day Eleven | Bake a cake.

Day Twelve | Go for a walk.

Day Thirteen | Call a friend.

Day Fourteen | Read a book.

Day Fifteen | Learn something new.

Day Sixteen | Try something new.

Day Seventeen | Help someone.

Day Eighteen | Start a journal.

Day Nineteen | Yoga.

Day Twenty | Uplift something.

Day Twenty-One | Celebrate every win.

Day Twenty-Two | Exercise.

Day Twenty-Three | Cook from scratch.

Day Twenty-Four | Make a fancy breakfast.

Day Twenty-Five | Listen to the birds.

Day Twenty-Six | Tidy a room in your home.

Day Twenty-Seven | Visit somewhere new.

Day Twenty-Eight | Watch the sunrise/sunset.

Day Twenty-Nine | Eat healthily all day.

| Day Thirty | Have a pyjama day.
