| Day Twelve | Go for a walk.
| Day Thirteen | Call a friend.
| Day Fourteen | Read a book.
| Day Fifteen | Learn something new.
| Day Sixteen | Try something new.
| Day Seventeen | Help someone.
| Day Eighteen | Start a journal.
| Day Nineteen | Yoga.
| Day Twenty | Uplift something.
| Day Twenty-One | Celebrate every win.
| Day Twenty-Two | Exercise.
| Day Twenty-Three | Cook from scratch.
| Day Twenty-Four | Make a fancy breakfast.
