My Perfect Sunday | 2020

AD | Hello my lovelies, happy Monday, I hope you're all having a wonderful day and start to another week so far. Spending time with my husband at the weekend is one of the best things for me, and I adore and cherish every moment of it. that's why I wanted to share with you what my perfect Sunday with him consists of.

Once I'm dressed and downstairs, I play with our little princess Daisy for a while. If you don't know this already then Daisy is my whole world, my pampered princess, she is my baby.

We order our Sunday breakfast on Just Eat * so when our order has been delivered from Indigo Greens, I'll head into the kitchen and arrange the breakfast table. We love having a big vegan breakfast of a weekend, with all the trimmings and the vegan ones from Indigo Greens in Liverpool are one of the best we have tried.

After breakfast, we drove over to one of my favourite places in the world, Taylors Park. Spending an afternoon in my favourite park is total bliss to me. I love being outdoors in nature surrounded by some animals and wildlife, and there is nothing better than heading to our local park and feeding the ducks on a Sunday afternoon. I've written about Taylors Park on my website in the past, it's my favourite place to come and clear my mind.

When we had done two laps around the park and all our birdseed was fed to the ducks and bird, we got back into the car and drove to a local Costa for a little pick-me-up. I decided to have a Latte Coffee and Phil opted for an English Breakfast tea, neither of us have dairy so I love that we are able to pop into a coffee shop for a warmer drink as not everywhere caters for vegans.

Coffee stopover, we headed to do a little bit of shopping. We popped into Dunelm, Home Bargains, Pound World, Jolly's Pet Store, B&M Stores, Peakcocks, TK Maxx, and Aldi. Being Wiccan I adore that so many Halloween decorations are already out so I was so happy to pick up some bits and bobs for our home.

Since we skipped dinner, and it is on the way home, we stopped off at one of our favourite Green King Hungry Horse * pubs for a Sunday roast dinner. Their Sunday roast dinners are amazing, and always cooked to perfection. Plus they cater for everyone: meat-eaters, veggies and vegans. Their vegan roast dinners include red cabbage and apple savoury sponge filled with sweet red onion marmalade, delicious crispy roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, green beans, cauliflower, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. You can find your nearest Green King Hungry Horse * pubs by clicking this link.

Once we are back home, and with a fresh mind, I always love to head into my office and write tomorrows to-do list and then get in some comfortable and warm jammies and snuggle up on the sofa and watch some TV.

What are your favourite ways to enjoy a perfect Sunday? I'd love to know your views on this post so please let me know your thoughts? I'm sending you all of my love for a wonderful, happy and positive day!

With love, Alisha Valerie. x
