This is just an update blog post to explain why I haven't been blogging in August and also the reason why I haven't been replying to anyone..
If you follow me on instagram or twitter you will know already but if you don't know, I was rushed into hospital after going to the doctors because I had coughed up some blood and although I was only in hospital for twenty-four hours I did need a lot of home recovery due to all the different tests they done. I want to thank everyone again who wished me good luck and well wishes during this time. Your love and support means so much to me.
Because it was my birthday at the end of July I didn't really have time to schedule many blog posts as the week I planned to write them and schedule them all was the week I was unwell so I had to take make the decision to take some time out and recover properly before coming back to blogging. I haven't been involved in any of the twitter or tumblr chats for the same reason.
I am doing so much better and I got the rest I needed, although I didn't really do much. I had a CT scan when in the hospital and for a few reasons (I won't bother going into details) I had to rest my left arm were I had the needle for about a week or so, which meant that I couldn't do much: typing was hard and slow, using my phone was a nightmare, I couldn't hold a book to catch up on my reading and because of the pain I was in I couldn't even concentrate on watching tv so I am completely behind on my movie list and all my tv shows I do like to watch.
Once I was feeling better I was able to watch a little tv so Phil and me have finally finished watch Game Of Thrones season four and are going to be starting season five soon, and also Colin and myself started watching a show called The Following which is really amazing. Its so twisted and weird but so cool and awesome, I would suggest everyone check it out if you are into crime thrillers.
On other things I have dyed my hair back to a brown instead of my orange hair and I am actually really loving the colour. Its XXL Live Colours in shade "88 urban brown". I really do love it and it is perfect for the autumn time as its a beautiful brown crisp colour.
Other than that I've spent my time driving into Liverpool with Phil to visit family, usually with a very strong coffee to keep me awake. If you do follow me on twitter you will also notice that I have been awake at all hours of the day and night - it's shocking. My sleeping pattern is terrible, although that is nothing new really.
I want to say a massive thank you to again to everyone who wishes me well when getting better, my husband for being his amazing self and looking after me, my family for their support, my friends for not minding about cancelling plans at last minute as usual, and all of the staff at Aintree Hospital in Liverpool for being so kind and caring.
Anyway, I hope you had all had a wonderful August and normal blogging is going to be back to normal from September. Stay beautiful as always everyone, and don't forget to wake up with a smile and go after life. Believe in yourself.
