RSPCA Animals In Need

"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul reminds unawakened. When I look into the eyes of an animal I do not see an animal, I see a living being, I see a friend, I feel a soul."

The RSPCA stands for "The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals" and was founded in 1824 and is a charity operating in England and Wales that promotes animal welfare. It's their vision to live in a world where all animals are respected and treated with compassion. Every day, with the help of their employees and their generous supporters, they take steps to achieve their mission. From rescuing a stranded deer to changing the law, they've already achieved so much and come so far. Take a look at their website to discover all about the history of the RSPCA and find out what makes them a leading animal welfare charity. The RSPCA is the oldest and largest animal welfare organisation in the world and in 2012 alone, the RSPCA investigated 150,833 cruelty complaints but they can't do it alone which is why I've made this blog post, to ask you all to please help the RSPCA care for animals in need. You can text TODAY4 to 70002 for a monthly payment of just £3 or you can make a one-off donation on their website by clicking here. Animals can't speak for themselves, which is why they need your voice to do it for them. Please help stop cruelty to animals.

With love, Alisha Valerie. x

  2. I give to the RSPCA via direct debit every month - it's such an amazing charity! We also got our first dog from them too, and it was so lovely knowing we'd adopted a little girl and were going to give her a better life xo

  6. Awww the RSPCA is one of my all-time favourite causes! I'd love to volunteer at one of their centres one day but I wouldn't trust myself not to bring alllll the animals home with me! How lovely of you to give them some airtime on your blog :-) definitely helped remind me this charity exists and a reminder to give something to them!
