| My Thoughts? | I have been using these products for a few months now and have really noticed the difference - not just in my appearance (hair, skin and nails) but also in my health (my blood tests have been amazing)! For someone who has iron-deficiency anaemia and is allergic to iron so cannot have a blood or iron transfusion again, it can be really hard for me to build my blood levels up. I love this brand and these products, and I know I'll be repurchasing them for myself in the near future!
