If like me, some weeks can seem like they're dragging or you're surrounded by people who are hateful and negative, then some of these little tips may come in handy for protecting your vibes and keeping your life peaceful and calm.

| TWO | Avoid comparing yourself to others.

| THREE | Keep your faith larger than your fears.

| FOUR | Speak kindly to yourself and to other people.

| FIVE | Avoid gossip and bashing others.

| SIX | Please yourself before trying to please others.

| SEVEN | Stay away from people who drain your energy.

| EIGHT | Don't be afraid to spend time alone.

| NINE | Don't do anything that doesn't feel right.

| TEN | Ignore any opinions that don't enhance your life.
