AD | Hello my lovelies! As the world’s most famous and beloved art galleries remain closed, MuralsWallpaper brings another way to #MuseumFromHome with an updated masterpiece wallpaper collection.
As part of their recent efforts to support those self-isolating with DIY distractions, MuralsWallpaper has curated famous artworks from a selection of the world’s favourite (and currently closed) galleries and museums into a collection that takes the trending #MuseumFromHome movement to a whole new scale.
With galleries worldwide finding inventive ways to bring art to the home; from virtual tours, digital exhibits and social media initiatives encouraging people to recreate iconic art scenes with basic home items; this latest MuralsWallpaper collection also looks to encourage art enthusiasts staying home to cocoon themselves in culture with artwork wallpaper designs.
MuralsWallpaper stylist Antoni Ferguson comments:
"There’s nothing that compares to the magic of experiencing an original piece up close in a gallery setting, but this collection offers art lovers the chance to bring their favourite art pieces into their own homes on a grand, immersive scale."
The collection includes pieces that are displayed in the Museum of Modern Art, New York; Mauritshuis, The Hague; Art Institute of Chicago, Illinois; Meisei University, Tokyo and The Uffizi Gallery, Florence, as well as a woodblock print design by Japanese artist Kamisaka Sekka, to continue their focus on Japanese inspiration in interior design in 2020 (See Sakura Season collection here).
MuralsWallpaper are also offering styling advice on how to incorporate these classic art wallpapers into modern homes, which is available on their blog.
All available at MuralsWallpaper from £37.00 per square metre: https://www.muralswallpaper.co.uk/wall-murals/art-wallpaper-murals/
With love, Alisha Valerie. x
