Five Ways We Can All Support Small Businesses | Guest Post

AD | Hello my lovelies, happy Tuesday, I really hope that you're all having a wonderful day. The darling Rach from Rach Talks Business is bringing you a wonderful guest post today sharing five ways we can all support small businesses during this pandemic.

The economic climate is ever-changing and small businesses are suffering as a consequence. It is becoming increasingly more important for us to play our part in supporting small businesses or many amazing, creative small businesses will not survive this period of financial instability. There are five easy ways we can all support small businesses from the comfort of our own home!

| Shop Small and Local | The first way to support small business is simply buying their products. The next time you are looking for a gift for a friend or family member why not look to an independent business for inspiration! Sales can be few and far between for a small business so if you have money to spare, they will be so grateful!

| Leave Lovely Reviews | For many small businesses, getting the few first sales is a hard process as they do not have a loyal customer base for their products. If you do choose to buy from small businesses leave them a little review! Post on your social media about how much you love their product, it’s a small gesture that can have a huge impact on sales. This will help to inspire other people to purchase and build up their reputation in the business world.

| Recommend to a Friend or Family Member | If you purchase a product from a small business and you love it, recommend it to a family member or a friend. Help to inspire others to purchase or if you see a product and you are not sure it is for you but think a friend or family member would love it, send them a little link! Everyone loves a good recommendation and personal recommendations are a massive contributor to small business sales.

| Follow on Social Media and Share Posts! | Social media is a vital part of a brands marketing strategy. Social media has a worldwide reach and is the perfect way to advertise a new business. If you see a small business on social media give them a follow and share their content. This is a completely free way to show support. Every time you share a post, the business will get brand new exposure, more people will see, and more people will purchase. You can advertise for completely free!

| Give Moral Support | Starting a business is hard work and takes a huge amount of effort with little gain for a while. It can be mentally draining for a small business owner so give support whenever you can. Leave a little message telling them how amazing their businesses are. Small gestures can make someone’s day and inspire them to go far in the business world.

These are just a few examples of little things we can do to help a small business out and you would be shocked the impact you can have without spending a penny. Now more than ever is the time to pull together and support our small and local businesses. They drive our economy and we would be lost without them.
