Personal Boundaries For Self-Worth

AD | Hello my lovelies, happy Wednesday, I hope that you all are having a wonderful week so far! Working on being in love with the person in the mirror who has been through so much but is still standing is not selfish, it's self-worth. Knowing your worth is the difference between knowing the difference between what you're getting and what you deserve and with the help if the amazing people at Mind*, I am bringing you a post today all about your self-worth and why you should never settle for less than you deserve.

Self-worth is the opinion you have about yourself and the value you place on yourself. An example of self-worth is your belief that you are a good person who deserves good things or your belief that you are a bad person who deserves bad things. Always remember that a diamond is a piece of coal that did well under pressure.

x | You are amazing.

| Progress, not perfection.

| It's okay to fail, just don't give up.

| Stand up for yourself.

| Other people's opinions are not a fact.

| People don't have to like you.

| Mistakes make you human.

| You don't need approval.

| You are so worthy.

| You are not a failure.

| You belong.

| Being alive is worth celebrating.

| A life obsessed with acceptance is wasted.

| You are not responsible for people's emotions.
