Things To Do When You're Feeling "Down"

AD | Hello my lovelies, happy Friday, I hope that you all are having a wonderful end to your week! I don't know about anyone else but I've found as I've gotten older that we all have "down days", anxiety days and sometimes we don't even feel like getting out of bed - and sometimes we don't even know what we are feeling. So I wanted to try and help others that may be feeling like this over this upcoming weekend so I've teamed up with the wonderful people from Mind* to bring you some idea's of what you can do if you're feeling a little bit "down"...


 x Take a bubble bath or a long shower.
 x Sing/dance/listen to music.
 x Watch your favourite movie.
 x Get a massage, manicure, pedicure, etc.
 x Drink a warm drink.
 x Take a nap in comfortable clothes.


 x Write in a journal.
 x Play a word game.
 x Do a puzzle.
 x Visit a library.
 x Organise something.


 x Rearrange your home.
 x Do some gardening.
 x Go shopping.
 x Wash your dishes.
 x Go bowling or swimming.


 x Call a friend.
 x Write a thank you card.
 x Donate to charity.
 x Make a gift for someone.
 x Post an encouraging message.
 x Visit a family member.


 x Write a blog post.
 x Do art or crafting.
 x Create a new outfit.
 x Cook a new meal.
 x Visit an art museum.
 x Create a video.


 x Meditate.
 x Do some yoga.
 x Write in your spiritual journal.
 x Spend time outdoors.
 x Breathe.
