Things That You Can Control


AD | Hello my lovelies, happy Friday, I hope that you all are having a wonderful start to your weekend so far! I'm not sure about anyone else but for me sometimes knowing what I can control is better than things that I cannot control when it comes to my mental health, so I wanted to share with you some of the things that I am realised that I can control in the hope that it will make others feel so much better about themselves.

x | You can control... how to respond to negativity.

x | You can control... accepting yourself.

x | You can control... when you ask for help.

x | You can control... taking a break.

x | You can control... your sleep.

x | You can control... your goals.

x | You can control... saying what you need.

x | You can control... how much you exercise.

x | You can control... owning up to your mistakes.

x | You can control... when you forgive others.

x | You can control... your attitude.

x | You can control... setting your own boundaries.

x | You can control... if you help people or not.

x | You can control... your diet.

x | You can control... how you treat your body.

x | You can control... respecting the personal space of others.

x | You can control... when/how you show empathy.

x | You can control... how often you smile.
